Garpur is horned with vigorous head, shoulders are rather coarse and the chest a bit narrow. Back, loins and thighs are extremely muscular. feet are storng and well placed.
Wool

Dark tan on head, neck and feet and lot of tan fibers in fleece. Quantity and fineness medium, no black fibers were found.

Garpur has been noticed for excellent offspring grading but more than 50% of them have been graded as prime. Garpur was progeny tested at Lkjarhs Farm in 1996 and scored 115,3 where average score is 100. Garpur was progeny tested by SOUTHRAM in 1998 and that comparison confirmed how strongly Garpur passes excellent meat qualities on to his progenies.
